The house is located right under the flight path so you will get some plane noise, which you will notice more in the mornings. most people get used to it, so dont book if you are extra sensitive to noise. Lots of guests use earplugs. The smallest bedroom doesnt have AC, but a mobile AC can be provided if its extra hot. Month long bookings don’t include electricity due to high charges. With mindful usage you wont exceed more than 1500 baht per month
