Cute place in a wonderful part of town which has a great walking area, lots of shops and restaurants as well as a night market and local musicians. Relaxing vibe.
The bed was particularly firm, even more so than most in Thailand. We used the bedspread as a mattress cushion which helped, but not enough. The host had two small, additional blankets that we used in place of the bedspread which was nice to have.
The unit is small but thoughtfully decorated and organized. You can make use of every inch including the balcony.
We found the building to be plenty comfortable. It has an industrial feel and far removed from being “fancy”, but nothing felt even remotely shady or dirty. People were friendly. Garbage taken out daily.
Tip: There’s a water bottle fountain to refill small or large bottles with drinking water for 1 Bhat, located downstairs 10 meters from the entrance.

Great spot in the heart of Nimman. Honestly one of my better stays in Chiang Mai and the pictures match the room exactly.
Pros:
Location, location, location!
Room size- perfect for singles or a couple
Very quiet at night considering two blocks over is club alley and Maya Mall.
Easy cheaper/quicker access for Grab pickup or delivery
Never saw a bug. They spray weekly.
Very responsive team to any questions asked.
Cons:
The building is old in appearance and the elevator can be slow.
Water pressure in the shower could be better but its hot!
Lots of stairs, if you aren't very mobile this may be an issue as you will use the elevator and stairs to access the apartment.
Would easily choose this home again on any future visits or stays.
