House Rules
- Strict no smoking inside. Violation is 5000 penalty.
- Please turn off Aircons when leaving the house for extended period of time.
- Turn off spa and waterfall after 2 hours. Overuse can break the pool pump system.
- If you lose a gate remote there is a charge for 500 baht for the replacement.

Thanks for everything Raviwan’s group offered, responsible and supportive.
The house is specious and well-maintained, with everything we need for a large group’s stay.
The swimming pool is amazingly clean and cute and gives us a lot of fun.
It’s a part of our great memories in Chiangmai.
